Agreement

These terms govern your use of the PDF Bench mobile app and this website, pdfbench.ekarche.com. PDF Bench is built and operated by Ekarche Private Limited (CIN U58200UW2026PTC253262), Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India. By downloading or using PDF Bench, you agree to these terms. If you get PDF Bench from the App Store or Google Play, that store's terms also apply to your download.

Your licence

PDF Bench is a paid app sold as a one-time purchase. When you buy it, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use it on the devices your App Store or Google Play account allows, for as long as you like. You may not resell, redistribute, rent, or reverse-engineer the app except where the law expressly permits.

One-time purchase

PDF Bench costs a single up-front price with no subscription, no ads, and no in-app purchases. Payment, receipts, and any refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies — we do not process payments ourselves, so refund requests go through the store you bought from.

Your documents are yours, and stay on your device

PDF Bench stores everything on your device and syncs nothing to us. You are responsible for your device and its data. Because there is no cloud backup, losing or resetting your device, or uninstalling the app, permanently removes your PDF Bench data — we cannot recover it for you, because we never had a copy. Keep your own backups of documents that matter.

PDF Bench is a tool, not a legal service

PDF Bench helps you read, edit, sign, organise and scan documents, but it does not give legal advice and a signature made in the app is not, by itself, legal counsel about whether a document is valid or binding. For anything with legal or financial weight, confirm the requirements that apply to you. PDF Bench is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind.

Acceptable use

Use PDF Bench lawfully and for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to disrupt, tamper with, or misuse the app or this site, and do not use our name or marks in a way that implies an endorsement or affiliation that does not exist.

Intellectual property

The PDF Bench name, the folded-page mark, the app, its design, and the content of this site are the property of Ekarche Private Limited. All rights are reserved unless granted in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ekarche will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, PDF Bench — including any lost document or missed deadline. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mathura, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL with the date at the top updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.
